OneTwenty Network Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: February 17, 2025


Notice Regarding Changes

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of OneTwenty Network. Affiliates are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms to stay informed. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.


1. Definitions

Company / We / Us / Our: Refers to OneTwenty Network, including any programs or sub-networks it operates, including but not limited to Lead Chiefs Ltd, a registered entity in Malta.
Affiliate: An individual or entity approved by OneTwenty Network to promote campaigns in return for commissions.
Sub-Affiliate: An individual or entity recruited by an Affiliate and approved by OneTwenty to operate under the Affiliate’s supervision.
Advertiser: A third-party business whose products or services are promoted via OneTwenty Network's programs.
Commission: Financial rewards paid to Affiliates for valid conversions and user activity.
Program: The OneTwenty Network Affiliate Program and any of its sub-networks (e.g., Lead Chiefs).


2. Enrollment and Eligibility

Application: Interested parties must apply via an official application form. Approval is discretionary and based on various criteria including content, compliance, and marketing strategy.
Sub-Network Access: Approval for a sub-network like Lead Chiefs may be granted as part of your enrollment or subsequently.


3. Affiliate Responsibilities


3.1 Legal and Ethical Conduct

Affiliates agree to:

- Act honestly, professionally, and in compliance with all applicable laws.

- Promote links only on approved domains.

- Target only permitted territories as instructed in writing.

- Avoid content that is: adult-oriented, discriminatory, infringing, defamatory, or directed at users under 21.


3.2 Prohibited Practices

Affiliates must not:

- Use misleading or deceptive advertising.

- Engage in spam or unsolicited messaging.

- Offer incentives without prior written approval.

- Alter any operator-supplied materials or creative assets.


3.3 Sub-Affiliate Oversight

- Sub-affiliates must be approved and registered.

- Primary Affiliates are responsible for their Sub-Affiliates’ compliance.

- Accurate records must be maintained and shared upon request.


4. Commissions and Payments


4.1 Valid Conversion

Commissions are paid only for valid, real-money players who meet operator requirements such as KYC, deposit, and wagering criteria.


4.2 Thresholds and Timing

- Payments are processed monthly by the 25th.

- Minimum commission thresholds:

- €500 for general payouts.

- €300 and a minimum of 5 new qualified players in some networks.

- Overpaid commissions must be repaid or will be deducted from future earnings.


4.3 Methods and Restrictions

- Affiliates are responsible for providing correct banking or crypto wallet information.

- A 5% fee applies to crypto payments.

- Payments will not be made to restricted countries including North Korea, Iran, etc.


4.4 Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for their own tax obligations.


5. Intellectual Property

- Affiliates are granted a limited, revocable license to use program links and promotional materials strictly as provided.

- Modifying or repurposing assets without consent is strictly prohibited.

- All rights to use such materials terminate immediately upon agreement termination.


6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

- Affiliates must keep all business, financial, and strategic information confidential.

- Affiliates must comply with all relevant data protection laws including GDPR.

- All marketing must include clear opt-out options and lawful data usage practices.


7. Term and Termination


7.1 Duration

This agreement continues until terminated by either party with written notice.


7.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination, the Affiliate must:

- Immediately cease using all promotional links and assets.

- Stop accruing commissions.

- Remove all materials and cease all activity related to the Program.


8. Liability

- OneTwenty Network is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

- Maximum liability is limited to the commission paid in the prior month.


9. Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify OneTwenty Network and its affiliates (including Lead Chiefs) for losses resulting from:

- Breaches of these terms.

- Violations of law.

- Misconduct or negligence.


10. Legal & Administrative Terms


10.1 Modification

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Affiliates are expected to review them regularly.


10.2 Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements.


10.3 Legal Jurisdiction

- For all matters, this agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

- Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, England.

- Where applicable, matters relating to sub-networks like Lead Chiefs may also fall under Maltese law.


10.4 Independent Status

Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees or agents of OneTwenty.


10.5 Identity Verification

Affiliates may be required to provide identity verification:

- Individuals: Passport/ID + proof of address

- Companies: Incorporation documents, registers, UBO information


11. Acknowledgment

By participating in the OneTwenty Network Affiliate Program, you affirm that:

- You have legal authority to enter this agreement.

- You accept all terms outlined herein.

- You agree to comply with all operator terms for each campaign you promote.

- You acknowledge that the terms may change and agree to check for updates regularly.
